Before you reach out.

How long does a typical project take?
Most projects run three to four weeks from kick-off, covering strategy, design, revisions, and handover. Larger engagements take longer. You'll get a realistic timeline in our first conversation.
What do I need to prepare before we start?
Not much. A short overview of your business, your audience, and your goals is enough to start. The discovery phase exists to draw out the rest.
Do you work with early-stage startups?
Yes, and it's some of our favourite work. Getting the brand right before you scale is one of the best investments a founder can make. We have packages built specifically for early-stage businesses.
How many revision rounds are included?
Two revision rounds per phase, included in every project. Enough to refine the work without sliding into endless back-and-forth. Clear briefs and a focused process make those rounds count.
What files will I receive at the end?
Everything: vector source files (AI, EPS, SVG), print-ready PDFs, web-optimised PNGs, dark and light versions, every colour variation, and a full brand guidelines document.
Do you offer ongoing support after handover?
Yes. Every handover includes a 30-day support window for questions and minor adjustments. For ongoing brand management or expansion work, we can arrange a retainer.
